Day job: Chief Operating Officer across two active companies in advanced manufacturing and life sciences, and Co-Founder of Peregrine Precision Systems — a platform spanning process equipment, ingredient production, and pharmaceutical research.
Practice: hands-on AI engineering for operating companies. Multi-model orchestration, autonomous agents, and workflow automation — deployed as a single operating layer, owned by the team. I write code when needed. The real advantage is the operating method, and the operator who has run the work it gets deployed into.
Pharmaceutical Research
Through Peregrine Precision Systems, I co-founded NatSyn (Naturally Synthetic Inc.) — a joint venture with the Magolan Laboratory at McMaster University. NatSyn synthesizes rare, naturally occurring plant-derived compounds that cannot be cost-effectively sourced from biomass at commercial scale.
Using patent-pending chemistry, the lab produces novel active pharmaceutical ingredients at clinical purity standards for the global research and pharmaceutical communities. Three compound programs are currently positioned for potential Phase I human clinical trials, developed in collaboration with academic and medical researchers.
